1. The machine is used to produce various PC light tube, transparent LED lampshade, single color or double color led lampshade etc;

2. Features and advantages:    





(1) Newly developed online precise cutting technology, one-time cutting online, no need the second time cutting, cutting precision within 0.5mm, cut end neat, chipless, higher efficiency;



(2) Special screw for PC OR PMMA material, perfect plastication effect, to ensure the finished products without crystalized dot, without pulling mark, without vibration mark, with high light transmittance, and high transparency.  







Composition & technical details of PC light tube extrusion machine







1.  PC light tube single screw extruder machine:  




(1) Screw model: YJ45, YJ50, YJ55, YJ65 available for option; L/D: 28:1; 
Separated type screw is adopted as it is especially suitable for transparent material mixing diffuser material for production, so as to lower down raw materials cost largely. 



(2) Siemens motor drive, with enough motive power and quite stable in running; Temperature control meter: intelligent type; the precision could reach +/-1 degree; 







 







2. PC light tube extruding die: 





Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies, the surface of the extruding dies is mirror polished.


















3. PC light tube 3d adjustable calibration tank: 





10-way vacuum, 10-way cooling water;

the whole machine is compact and strong without vibration.

Length: 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m for option;

Vacuum pump power 1.5KW;
Vacuum is stable and silent.   







 










4. PC light tube belt type tractor machine: 





Belt workable length 1meter,constant stable tractor;  


high wear-resistant foamed surface PU multi-wedge belt;
high precision frequency conversion controller;
tractor speed 0-15m/minute stepless adjustable.
Single motor or double motor available for option;
Power: 1.5~3KW.
