Features of our PA nylon pipe extrusion machine







1. PA nylon pipe PA6, PA66, PA12, PA1010 tubes could be produced by our plastic extrusion machine. 










2. Fully-new calibration way is used, so that the speed of extrusion line of nylon pipe (PA6, PA66, PA12, PA1010 etc material, big extrusion forming difficulty) could reach over 15m/min;


3. Roundness of products is good, stable linear sizes.

(1) Single screw extruder machine:  


a. YJ35~YJ65 screw available for option;
b. Screw special for nylon material;
c. High precision frequency conversion for speed adjusting, Siemens frequency conversion motor drive;
d. Stable power output.

(3) PA tube vacuum cooling water tank:    





a. Nylon material extrusion calibration / forming is much more difficult than other plastic materials, the nylon pipe vacuum calibration water tank produced by our company adopts special forming / calibration way, strong forming stability, high dimension precision;

b. Stainless steel water storage tank, cooling water could be recycled for use, no splash to the floor.  




(4) PA tube haul off machine: 



a. Belt used for pulling force;
