1. Pre-sale:
Provide die test, machine test production, provide technique consulting, and product production cost calculation at free cost; We design the machine and die according to sample or drawing of the plastic product which to be made;
2. In-production:
Provide factory workshop water pipelines, electricity pipelines, gas lines, cooling cycle water etc construction projects to buyers for their workshop preparation; We supply excellent suppliers of plastic raw material which is related to extrusion product, supply production raw material formula etc;
3. Post-sale:
send engineers to overseas for installation, commissioning, training to buyer workers within one week after the equipment reaches destination, and we supply lifetime technical service, support, and solution within 24 hours after receipt of formal notice from buyers.
4. We reply inquiries within 12 hours after receipt from clients, and we send detailed price offer with specification details within 2 hours after receipt of specific sample or drawings from clients.
5. After the machine production is finished, buyer could come to our factory for test production and training also, the machines would be shipped only after successful test production or after approval of our test samples by the buyer.
